Food chemistry is the research of chemical change and interactions of all biological and non-biological components of foods. The biological substances include such items as meat, poultry, lettuce, beer, and milk as representatives. It appears like biochemistry in its main components that include carbohydrates, lipids, and protein, but it also includes areas that include water, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, food additives, flavors, and colors. This discipline also encompasses how foodchem change under certain food processing techniques and ways either to enhance or to prevent them from happening. An example of enhancing a process would be to push fermentation of dairy products with microorganisms that convert lactose to lactic acid ; an instance of preventing a process would be stopping the browning on the outside of freshly cut Red Delicious apples using lemon juice or other acidulated water.

Five years later, as our company started expanding, the group had grown to three mill, at which point the offering of our products globally really begun to transpire through our first marketing-dedicated office in Shanxi.
In 2005, as our business continued to grow, we moved to Shanghai and began operating under the name : Shanghai Honghao Chemicals Co., Limited.
It wasnt until 2008 that we then began to have a footprint in virtually every corner of the globe as we grew to five mill, 35 operating factories and 3 planting bases. It was also around the period that our company did start to take a more aggressive participation in industry wide events, fairs and exhibitions.
